Immediate full-time opening. Roe Painting(Elko, NV), an established and growingresidential, commercial and industrial painting and concrete coating contractor is now accepting applications for an independent, persuasive and driven individual to join our team. ABOUT THE JOB - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Project Estimating: Work with clients to clearly define the scope of work via onsite consultations; Use our software to measure and estimate jobs according to our gross profit model; Write detailed and accurate proposals for our customers and Field Work Order for our field.

· Sales & Account Management: Skillfully implement a proven sales process through training and practice. Follow up relentlessly to maximize the time and money already invested in the potential customer; Develop and build relationships with customers to position us as their favorite trusted resource; Support existing customers to discover new opportunities; Provide regular and thorough updates to CRM and other software to share info with others; Enhance customer relationships with face-to-face meetings, events, routine messages, etc.

· Prospecting: Leverage new and past relationships to increase sales opportunities and relationships; Develop sales targets, strategies, target customers, and other metrics for success; Bring an established network of contacts to Roe Painting and work them to produce new opportunities; Work a Prospecting Plan to specific industries to bring new business and relationships to Roe Painting; attend networking and other events to acquire new contacts and potential new business.

· Personal Development:Attend ongoing sales, product, and service training to increase skills; Work with internal coworkers to improve each other’s performance; Attend industry conferences and additional trainings when appropriate

REQUIREMENTS:

· 2 years of outside sales experience with In-home business-to-consumer sales experience highly desirable.

· 2+ years construction industry experience wanted with painting or coating trade experience highly desirable

· Specific skills – sales and estimating experience required, knowledge of construction industry preferred, good computer and technology experience required, (MS Office, CRM, estimating platforms)

SCHEDULE

· Typically 8-5. Infrequent after-hours, early-hours, or weekends – depending on customer and business needs

· Approx. 80% onsite with clients, at jobsites, etc. 20% in-office work producing proposals, following up, updating CRM

· Some travel to remote jobsites or other towns with potential for 1 to 4 nights away per month depending on opportunities

COMPENSATION:

· Expected first-year compensation of $65k-75K with 6-figure potential within 2 to 3 years

· Paid health care provider, company car, company computer and tablet, matching 401k plan, 2 weeks Personal Time Off per year

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
